- Oversee the establishment and sustainability of the Elkhart County Reparations Fund including a fiscal sponsor for the funds
- Establish, and relate to, a Disbursement Committee responsible for disbursing the funds for Black reparations
- Create a process for disbursing the funds for Indigenous reparations
- Maintain interest and a sense of calling to reparative actions within our congregations
- Consider, and implement, strategies to grow congregational, community, and individual participation (this may include ongoing education, publicity, news release, etc.)
